What skills are needed for an Airline Customer Service Agent?
You will need good communication skills and people management skills. You will be dealing with people of different nationalities and backgrounds and should be able to deal with them, tactfully and diplomatically. You need to have a calm and collected demeanour, whenever you are dealing with passengers. Your ability to meet with people, provide them useful information & guidance, etc are essential. You will also need a professional demeanour, tactfulness and teamwork skills. You also need good levels of physical fitness, as you will be required to work in shifts.
