Good communication skills are the most important requisite. You will be required to respond quickly to customer queries. You will also benefit from tact and diplomacy. Your good computer skills, ability to work with a team, etc also help. Ability to maintain a calm and collected demeanour, especially during times of emergencies is an important skill. You will also make announcements and convey instructions as and when needed.
