Default What skills are needed to become a Bank Manager?

As a bank manager, you will need excellent people skills, marketing skills and presentation skills. More than the public appearance, it is your ability to manage the banking business in an objective manner that matters the most. You have logical thinking capacities and decision making capabilities. Honesty is an important personal quality that you need to have. Ability to motivate staff, good numerical skills, etc are also important. Risk awareness, ability to identify profitable deals and business, etc are other skills you must have.
