Default What does a Bilingual Secretary do?

A bilingual secretary works at an office assisting the boss with administrative tasks, fixing appointments and dealing with clients. You will need to use English and another language consistently. You will be required to translate communications to/from a language other than English. You will also be required to do the job of an interpreter at a meeting. You will also deal with foreign clients in their language, answering telephone calls, face to face enquiries and over e-mail or fax communications.

You will also be required to do secretarial and administrative tasks. You will also schedule meetings, make appointments, make travel arrangements, and do almost all the administrative duties. You will also photocopy and file documents, update computer database and deliver a lot more of other duties.
