Default What skills are needed for a Bilingual Secretary?

Bilingual secretary needs excellent communication skills in at least two languages – that is a given. You should be fluent at both a foreign language like French, German, Italian, etc, according to the requirements of your employer. You will also have good secretarial skills and ability to manage administrative tasks of all kinds. You need to have good computer skills, typing skills and bookkeeping capabilities. Attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize works, etc are other requirements. A good understanding of business requirements is another skill. Other skills are finding best travel deals at short times, scheduling client meetings, etc.
