Default Qualifications required to become a Chiropractor

You need a registration from General Chiropractic Council before you can start practicing. For the registration, you need an accredited degree or post graduate degree in Chiropractic. To join accredited chiropractic courses, you need at least five GCSEs with science – biology, chemistry. You can also further your education and taking up courses on anatomy, physiology, biochemistry and further qualifications in chiropractic.

You usually need a minimum working experience of one year under a qualified chiropractor, before you can get your registration from British Chiropractic Association. You can get the experience by working under a qualified practitioner. You need to complete 30 hours of Continuing Professional Development programs every year.
