Default What skills are needed to become Clerk of Works?

The most important and essential skill needed to become a clerk of works is to have the ability to pay attention in detail. Apart from this you must have in depth knowledge about the industry, good and updated knowledge about building regulations, problem solving skill, and excellent communication both written and oral skill, fit and healthy body, and at last the ability to meet the targets. You must be organizer and must have project management skill.
