Default What skills are needed for Community Education Co-ordinator?

You will need to have excellent management capabilities and should possess abilities to motivate people. Good communication skills – written, verbal, over the telephone, face to face and e-mails – are essential. You will keep track of the progresses of the tasks you have assigned, and should have the organisational skills. You should have good planning and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise tasks, assign duties and to meet deadlines. You should also be knowledgeable about the rules of the land. As a community education co-ordinator, you will have the ability to manage people of diverse backgrounds. Flexibility and adaptation to various situations is also an essential skill.
