Default What skills are needed to become a Company Secretary?

If you have excellent written and oral communication skill, then your first step is achieved. There are some other skills required to become a company secretary like good presentation and negotiation skill, good organization and management skill, ability to gain attention of details, good understanding and sound knowledge of business law as well as finance law, problem solving ability, ability to make perfect judgment and lastly you must have the ability to manage the workload efficiently.
