Default What does a Conference and Exhibition Organiser do?

Conference and exhibition organisers plan and organise events like conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, etc. They handle a range of responsibilities including market research, marketing, fixing dates & booking venues and overseeing every aspect of the event. The events can be a tradeshow, a sports event, a political rally, a major exhibition & sales event, etc.

An conference or exhibition organiser is a person of exceptional qualities and look into the matters of running everything smoothly. From printing tickets to designing seating and logistics, you will plan everything. You will chart the timetables, supervise the different contractors delivering services like venue preparation, catering and other supplies, etc.

You will also look into the health and safety guidelines, answer phone calls by exhibitors, speakers and other participants, etc. You handle the whole event with the best of business sense.
