Default What does a Court Administrative Officer does?

The main role of a Court Administrative Officer is to check whether the business of courts run smoothly. They must look into the day to day running of the courts and other supporting offices. The Court Administrative Officers have to set date and time of cases to be heard in courts. They are responsible of sending letters ordering people to appear in court in a certain date. One of the major duties of this job is to list day’s case and make sure of relevant people. They must make sure that judges, magistrates and lawyers have the appropriate paperwork for the case. This office based job responsibility also includes following up the judgments and issuing orders.

Court of Administrative Officers help to take notes in court for legal advisors.
