Default What skills are needed to become a Court Legal Adviser?

You need good research skills, to be able to identify the legal clauses quickly and to quickly refer to previous cases similar to the present one you are handling. You need good organisational skills and good communication skills – oral and written. You also need to explain complex laws and previous verdicts to the judges or jurors. You also need logical and objective approach to your work. You will also need good levels of patience and ability to work under stressful conditions.
