Default What does a Customer Services Manager do?

Customer Services Managers work in all industries, making sure customers receive good service and support. They look into the matters of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality products, arranging for technical support and offering the most reliable services for the customers. You should be able to identify customer requirements quickly and should be able to deliver solutions for existing problems by working with technical support team, designers, developers and marketing teams. You also need to train staff on the techniques of delivering exceptional quality technical support and services.

You will be managing a team of customer support staff and offer suggestions for difficult enquiries and complaints. You will also be responsible for training and ensuring high standards of customer service. You will design procedures and standards for customer service. You will also arrange for replacement or refunds when needed.
