Default Qualifications required to become a Customer Services Manager

In most cases, customer services managers are promoted from customer service roles. Customer service assistants, with a few years of experience will generally qualify for customer services managers position. Another option is management trainee program offered by the companies. In this case too, you will be required to have some experience in customer service role. You need good levels of general education, good communication skills and listening skills. There aren't any particular academic qualifications for this post, although some employers will ask for qualifications in English, IT, maths, etc.

You can also work towards NVQ in Customer Service, which you can gain while you are working as a customer service assistant or manager. Almost all of the recruiters will have in-house structured training programs.
