Default What does a Delivery Van Driver do?

Delivery van drivers are responsible for transporting goods from manufacturer warehouses to wholesale centres, supermarkets, etc. Your delivery can include anything and everything that are sold through shops – from food products to furniture and electric goods. Sometimes you will also be handling security deliveries.

You will make deliveries on your route, at the predefined destinations. You will also give invoices, fill up forms, collect signatures at the time of delivery and return any undelivered items. You will also keep logs of mileage, fuel purchase, etc.

You will be working in the weekends and/or holidays. However, there is a limit on the number of hours you can drive in a day and in a week.
