An e-learning developer develops educational content to be shared over internet or through CDs or DVDs. In most cases, e-learning refers to internet based learning. Universities and schools also make available the educational content through their own networks.
An e-learning developer is responsible for presenting the educational content to be used from computers. He/she should address issues of sharing, compatibility, user interface, feedback and interactive areas. The duties can be designing materials for a new course or customizing an existing design.
Your duties can include developing a structured learning material, which can be shared over different means and allows feedback & interaction. Your duties can also include modifying content for various platforms, preparing video & audio files, etc.
