Default What skills are needed to become an E-Learning Developer?

You need a good understanding of e-learning systems development suites/software tools. You need good levels of creativity, awareness of web development standards, and accessibility issues. Confidence, good communication skills, organisational skills, prioritising skills, ability to meet deadlines, etc are also important skills. You will also benefit from your creative flair. You will be required to meet with clients to identify the requirements. So, you need good communication skills and listening skills.
