Default What Skills are needed for a European Union Official?

Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken – in your mother tongue and in at least one other EU language (like French, German) is a must. Good presentation skills, analytical and decision making capabilities, and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds are essential. You will also keep yourself updated to current affairs developments.

Ability to work under pressure, logical thinking, prioritising tasks, etc are all essential skills you need to possess.
