Default What do Financial Services Customer Advisers do?

They work for different financial services like credit cards, banks, loans, etc and offer advice for the customers and clients of financial products. They work at a customer contact centre, and interact with customers through variety of media like telephone and email. They also talk face to face with the customers, offering their information on various financial products and handling complaints.

As a financial services customer adviser, you will keep customer information up to date. You will also process payments and update contact details. You will initiate communicate whenever needed. You use your sales skills to refer customers to specific financial products that are of benefit to the customers.
