As an LGV Driver, you will need excellent driving skills and willingness to stay away from home for longer periods. Most of the time you will be driving alone and you should be able to keep concentration levels high. You also need to have a professional demeanour before the customers. You need a good understanding of safety rules and safe manoeuvres. You also report your routes and have to complete the paperwork accurately and completely. Most importantly, you should be enjoying your work, even when it is tiring and demanding.
