Marketing mangers plan and organises strategies to promote the company products and services. They make use of the best ways to publicise the message to maximum public. They keep in touch with customers through media advertising, direct mail, websites or promotional events. Marketing managers carry out thorough researching and analyzing of the current trends. They use the outcomes to predict the future business. Managers find out novel ideas and marketing strategies to target the expected audiences. They coordinate production and set up of posters, brochures as well as websites. Mangers will lay out budgets for the financial year and make sure the business run with in the same. They attend trade shows, conferences and sales meetings to promote the sales. Marketing mangers have to stick on to deadlines and meet the allotted target for sure. They plan and organize marketing campaigns and report the performance status to senior level officials. Marketing managers always direct the executives and sale representatives working under them. Marketing mangers also have opportunity to specialize with any of the products like fashion, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) or financial services. In huge enterprises marketing managers are also known as brand or account manager.
