Default What does a Massage Therapist do?

Message therapist provides ease to the clients through massaging. A therapist will use fingers, hands and elbows to stroke the soft tissues. Improved muscle and skin tone, better blood circulation, relief from head and muscle aches, and better excretion of body toxins are the effects of proper message therapy. Physical as well as emotional healings are possible by message therapy. Recovery from chronic illness, stress management, relief from anxiety or tensions and complete relaxation are the positive effects produced by message therapist. Therapist will start the treatment after collecting the detailed medical history, diet and life style of the clients. Treatment strategy is by the application of essential oils at pressure points for relaxation. Different kinds of message include Indian head massage with essential oils to relax neck, head, shoulders and face. Sports massage is used for treating sport injuries, sprains and broken limbs. Baby message helps developing bandage of babies with parents. Whole body massage will be done focussing limbs and back area. Massage therapist will also give tips to maintain the healthy life style after the treatment.
