You will need a good understanding of vehicle parts and accessories. You will also need good computer skills, maths skills, and good levels of technical skills. You will also need good customer service skills, communication skills and an ability to explain technical details to customers. You need good teamwork skills, administration skills and ability to work with numbers and computers. You will also be travelling a little and hence need a valid driving licence and good driving skills.
