Default What does a Naturopath do?

Naturopath works on the principle that properly balanced human body can attain natural healing. A healthy body requires balanced diet, fresh air, sunlight exercise and proper relaxation. Stress factors and dietary deficiency will disturb the natural balance leading to health problems. Naturopath re- establishes the lost balance and restores health through naturopathic healing techniques. Patient’s life style, emotional status and diet have direct role with body balance. Naturopath closely observes symptoms and carries out physical examination. Blood tests and other necessary diagnosis will be done prior to the treatment. Based on the results individual treatment plan will be suggested with ample advices on revising diet and changing the life styles. Treatment involves hydrotherapy, homeopathy, herbal medicine, detoxification, and counselling and diet changes. Naturopathy is very effective in treating chronic diseases like asthma, arthritis and high blood pressure.
