Default What does a Network Engineer do?

Network engineers also known as network administrator work for IT companies. They design, install and maintain the communication systems. They provide facility for the employees in the organization to communicate with each other, share files as well as other services. The main responsibility of the network administrator is to provide the needed facilities and services to the clients. They will develop LAN with in the office. Network engineers in large organisations often develop MAN connecting different LAN connections. Global area networks as well as wide area networks are maintained by the system administrators. They install new software and hardware units. They provide enough security to the clients by setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords. They will trace out the errors and fix the network faults. Technical support and training programs are offered by the network engineers. They will plan and implement future enhancements in the network and take preventive measures to avoid future maintenance.
