Default What Skills are needed to become a Payroll Administrator?

Payroll Administrators possess good IT skills, excellent communication skills – both spoken and written, accuracy, attention to details, good organization skills, management skills, and ability to work alone or as part of a team.

A Payroll Administrator must be honest and must respect confidential information. Excellent math skills, ability to use computer programs, etc also are must-have skills.
