Default Qualifications required to becoming a Payroll Manager

You can become Payroll Manager with working experience as Payroll Administrator. The basic qualification is the same as Payroll Administrator but you can get promotion as Payroll Managers with attaining some qualification relevant to Payroll profession.
If you have completed any of these qualifications including Association of Accountancy Technicians NVQ level 2 in Payroll Administration, Practitioner Certificate in Payroll, and Certificates in Payroll or computerized payroll, will help you to improve career growth.

Even though you are not from payroll profession, and have experience as manager or team leader in an office environment, you can become a Payroll Manager.

There are many training schemes which help to develop your skill and improve your career. NVQ level 3 in payroll administration, professional certificate in team management, diploma in payroll management, advanced diploma in payroll management, and masters degree in payroll and business management are some courses that are very useful for developing your career.
