Default What does a Personal Assistant do?

The main duty of a Personal Assistant is to assist you in daily business task. Personal Assistant also known as PA will help manager’s to make the workload at ease. A Personal Assistant provides secretarial support as well as administrative tasks for the managers. There are many responsibilities for the personal assistant as they are assistants of prominent personalities or businessman or woman. Some of them include working closely with the managers, there may even be night meeting which you must also attend, screening telephone calls and handle the enquiry properly, maintaining managers diary and make timely appointments, arranging meetings, organizing and maintaining office systems, making travel managements, and taking minutes of meetings .

Personal Assistants keep high level secrets and have high level of responsibilities. Some of the managers give full workload to their PA’s and in such cases you will have to stand in for the manager absence. You will also be responsible for dealing with accounts budgets, act as office manager, and supervise other administrative staff.
