Default What skills are needed to become a Pre-press Operator?

Creativity is a must for pre-press operators. They should not be bored with same pattern of work. Accuracy and attention to minute details of work is needed. Concentration for long hours is required. Performance under pressure is needed. Ability to stick to the deadlines to meet targets is important. They should work quickly and efficiently under pressure. Excellent spoken communication skills are required to collect the demands and requirements from the clients. They should be good team workers. An interest in novel technologies and an aptitude for the same is essential. Working knowledge with desk top publishing software is required for better performance.
