Default Qualifications required to become a Procurator Fiscal

Procurators fiscal are all qualified solicitors (Scotland). Both academic and vocational training are needed to be qualified as a solicitor. Academic qualifications include a degree in Scots law (LLB). You can also opt for training under a Scottish solicitor and taking qualifying exams from Law Society (Scotland). After you complete the academic qualifications, you need to undergo a training period. After you start working, you can get structured training.
