Default What skills are needed to become a Quality Manager?

Good spoken and written communication skills are essential. Analytical ability and logical approach towards work is needed. They should be good team workers with leadership qualities, who can motivate and inspire the staffs. Negotiation skills are important. Time management and planning are essential. Ability to prioritize the works and project management skills are required. Customer skills and good business sense are required. Mathematical ability is needed in interpreting figures and carrying out statistical calculations. Technical skills relevant to particular industries and sound understanding on quality standard as well as models are also important.
