What skills are needed to becoming a Non-Commissioned RAF Aircrew
The ability to react quickly under high pressure situations, excellent communication skills, confidence and the willingness to work anywhere in the world – these are the basic skills you must have. You will also have a good knowledge of aviation and aircrafts of various kinds and their capacities. Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate others during pressurising situations, etc are also important. You will have good team working skills and should be able to accept responsibility. You will give orders and also act on orders. A pragmatic approach and ability to reach practical solutions in little time are also important.
