Default Qualifications required to becoming a Reflexologist

Relevant qualifications are required for a reflexologist to start a career. Certain organisations like Association of Reflexologists and British Reflexology Association provides certificate courses in reflexology. Qualifications for diploma, graduation or post graduation level courses are good GCSE in biology with knowledge in human anatomy and physiology. a reflexology level three diploma is offered by exam boards VTCT, ITEC, City & Guilds and ABC. Previous work experience in healthcare, beauty therapy, massage or counselling is an added advantage. You can do further improvement once you start working. Memberships in professional bodies will be available only with extra knowledge and experience under supervision of veteran personals. With memberships in professional bodies you can attend professional development courses, conferences and workshops. Skills and contacts will also be improved leading to a raise in the number of clients.
