Default What skills are needed to become a Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages?

Registrars are talented to handle and deal with a big sum of people from different backgrounds. They should be patient, sympathetic and helpful to distressed people. Tactful persons who can to gather correct information form people in emotional circumstances make good registrars. He/She should be an able administrator, who can perform well under pressure, with adequate knowledge in registration law. He / she must be talented to write legibly and must be able to fill forms and accounts. You should be self starter and good team worker. Registrar must be a computer literate with excellent communication skills and confidence, to speak up in large public gatherings. He/ she should perform well under pressure and should be an able administrator.
