Excellent customer care skills are essential. Business sense and commercial skills are needed. A thorough understanding on stable management and skills to manage an organisation are required. Good leader ship qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team mates are important. They should be interested in tourism. Decision making skills are needed. An understanding on the health and safety measures is helpful. Along with this strong background knowledge on different kinds of horse breeds suitable for recreational riding is essential.
