Default What skills are needed to becoming a Road Traffic Accident Investigator

A methodical approach to issues is the first skill you must have. You need to approach the job at hand with an impartial mind, always keeping your mind open. You need to approach individual cases with an enquiring mind and you must have good problem-solving capacities. Close attention to detail, good problem solving skills, analytical mind, efficiency gathering evidence, etc are also essential. You must possess good communication skills – both written and spoken. You must also be able to report your findings in an objective manner, taken into consideration all the different factors involved and without any particular interest of helping one party or the other.
