Default What skills are needed to become a Secretary?

For a secretarial post you have to be an honest pleasing personality. You should show outstanding organisational skills. You should manage your time and perform well in a team. You should be diplomatic and firm with confidential matters. Good spoken and written skills are necessary. You should be a computer literate possessing good keyboard commands and internet knowledge. You should be keen and critical with the minute details of the work. A thorough understanding of the English language is a necessity. You should be capable of multi tasking, prioritising and delegating works in the direction of meeting deadlines.
