Default What skills are needed to becoming a Security Service Person?

Security Service Personnel need to possess variety of skills including excellent communication skills, integrity, honesty, discretion, open mindedness, reporting skills, good judgement, analytical skills, and ability to make decisions. You should be willing to work according to the specific requirements of the time and occasion, you will also have the ability to coordinate a big team. Knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of your team and intelligence systems and the ability to train persons and implement technologies make sure you can excel in your job.

You hold a very responsible position and you work with your colleagues to ensure national security. As such, you need an abundance of commonsense, which is the biggest skill you will be using in your career.
