Default What skills are needed to become a Sports Development Officer?

Sports development officer should be enthusiastic with a genuine interest for sports and urge for excellence. You should be a good leader or coach who can motivate and educate others about healthy way of living. You should possess excellent communication skills. He/ she must be confident person who can initiate and organise team efforts. You should be capable of critical thinking and decision making. Flexibility and adaptability towards work conditions together with administrative and computer skills are needed. You should get along and enjoy working with people from different cultural backgrounds. Project management skills are also needed.
