Default What skills are needed to become a Supervisor?

Supervisor should be well organised and sociable. He/she should be a good leader who can motivate and encourage his co-workers. He/ she should possess excellent communication skills. A supervisor should be able to make quick decisions and make people work in the same direction. He should be tactful and diplomatic in dealing with issues, where as firm in difficult situations. He/ she should not show favouritism. Quick decision making and good planning is essential. He/she should be calm and composed under work pressure to meet the deadlines. He/she should be a responsible person with commitment towards work. IT skills and accuracy is necessary.
