Along with the basic qualifications and training one must possess certain skills and knowledge to become a Train Driver. To become a Train Driver you must need good levels of concentration over long periods, excellent customer service skills, an excellent understanding of normal and emergency procedures, ability to react quickly, calmly and safely to unexpected situations, responsible attitude, high level of safety awareness, and willingness to work flexibly.
