Default What Skills are needed to become a Train Station Staff?

In most of the train operating companies and companies that run light rail and metro systems need Train Station Staff. To become a Train Station Staff, you must possess certain skills and knowledge. Apart from basic qualification and experience you need good communication skill, excellent math skill, ability to handle all sorts of customers, good memory for timetables, fares and other regulations, awareness of health and safety and the ability to work on your own or in a team.

Along with these skills you must also have a smart appearance and ability to work calmly under pressure.
