Default Qualifications required to becoming an IT Trainer?

Graduates and diplomates can work as IT trainers. There are a lot of courses available which can increase the technical proficiency of the candidates. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Developer (MCSD) or a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) has high demand in the job market. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Certified Novell Instructor (CNI) and Novell Academic Instructor (NAI) also have equal chances. Knowledge in designing and building system architectures, developing and building networks as well as designing, creating and maintaining databases are necessary qualifications. Employers look for candidates with degree in computing, business management or human resources. Trainer in desktop applications does not require much expertise. They are advised to work towards European Computer Driving License (ECDL). Certificate courses of The Institute of IT Training (IITT) allow you to work with certain standards. The British Computer Society (BCS) also provided relevant courses and training for IT Trainers.
